The Initial Consultation is a valuable first step in bringing your dream space to life. This meeting is designed to help us fully understand your vision, assess your space together, and outline the best path forward. During our time, we will explore your ideas, discuss your needs, and provide expert guidance to set a strong foundation for your project.

​What's included in the Initial Consultation

- Be informed about your initial vision. Without holding back, I want to know exactly how you envision your space. What are your needs for the space, the feeling you would like to evoke when in the space. We look at your inspirational pictures, if available.
- Site assessment: we will walk through your space together, take notes of any spaces joined to the existing space
- During the time spent together, we will generate ideas, share expertise advice based on your questions/needs for your space, suggest design and style direction.
- Determine time frame for project; we will determine the time to complete your project.
- Discuss preliminary budget; Determine the overall investment required to complete your project.

-Material suggestion; countertop, flooring, backsplash, hardware etc.

-Explanation of the design process, how we work and what to expect

-Answer any other questions you may have

Please note that no design work, materials or furniture selections or re-arranging of furnishings will happen during this meeting. It all happens verbally. I encourage you to take notes. When choosing to move forward proceeding the in-depth Initial Consultation phase, based on all information gathered a work proposal and estimate will be sent via email outlining my involvement in order to attain your dream space
